For the success of the next announcement, foreseen originally for October of 2014, has the collaboration of the Committee Organiser, that has a high representativeness, when gathering to some of sign them leaders of this industry, in addition to to the main associations of the distinct segments represented, included Amec Afespan, Spanish Association of Manufacturers and Exporters of Machinery, Ovens and Equipment for Bakery, Confectionery and Similar —promoter of the fair—, as well as Ceopan, Spanish Confederation of Organisations of Bakery, and Ceaap, Spanish Confederation of employers Handmade Arts of Confectionery.
Also participate in the Committee Organiser the Association Employer of Handmade Confectionery of Madrid, Aepa; The Association of manufacturers of Flours and Semolinas of Spain, AFHSE; the Spanish Association of Manufacturers of Masses Frozen products, Asemac; the Association of manufacturers of Prime Matters and Mejorantes for the Industries of Bakery, Confectionery and Ice cream parlour, Asprime, and the Association of Providers of Products and Services for the Professional Feeding, Cater.
In the meeting of the Committee Organiser, defined the strategic aims of Intersicop 2015, that go through to procure a new positioning of the Fair. For this, one of the first measures that have adopted is to move the Living room to the pavilions 12, 14 and 14.1., headquarters of contests linked to the presentation of tendencies, what will favour the staged of the activities and presentations that will realizar in the frame of the contest.
Another of the axles in which incidirá Intersicop 2015 is in improving his international dimension and, especially, his paper of bridge between the European industry and the iberoamericana. For this, goes to develop a wide program of international buyers, as well as an intense campaign of promotion, especially focused to Latin America and to some countries like Russia or China, among others. Besides, Intersicop is presenting already in some of the main world-wide forums of the industry of bakery and jams.
On the other hand, Intersicop wants to put in value the character netamente innovative of the industry of the bakery, through the Gallery of the Innovation, a shop window, enabled in the frame of the Living room, in where it will show a selection of those products and services more vanguardistas and innovative, presented by the companies participants in the announcement.
Besides, Intersicop works already, together with the Committee Organiser and the associations member, in the programming of an intense diary of professional meetings, conferences, round tables… in which they will treat the subjects of greater actuality and interest for the sector of the bakery and jams; as well as presentations of product and demonstrations.
