Available book 'Innovative strategies to develop healthier food'

Irta, announced that the book is now available: 'Innovative strategies to develop healthier foods', published in the framework of the European project FoodSME-Hop, with the aim of helping the companies in the region of European southwest to innovate and develop healthier products. This book offers a review on each one of the themes of the project, describing strategies or alternatives for reduction, substitution or addition of fats, additives and salt in food. Describes, in addition, the demonstration projects carried out in the framework of the project.
The book is available in three languages: Spanish, French and Portuguese in the website of Irta.
