The Irta organises a day on 'Listeria monocytogenes' in smart products for the consumption

The next day 2 July, in the auditssórium of the Irta of Monells (Gironinginga), will take place the scientific day-technical 'Listeria monocytogenes in smart products for the consumption', organised by the own Irta, the Network Sicura (Spanish Network of Alimentary hygiene) and the Food Safety Working Group, with the collaboration of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. It treats of a day of reference, of state field, that pretends to agglutinate to representatives of the alimentary industry, the competent sanitary ware authority and to scientific organisms of investigation to put on the table the current state of the knowledge in relation to the risk associated to 'Listeria monocytogenes' in smart products for the consumption.

The thematic of the day is of big interest for the alimentary companies (technicians of R&D and of control of quality) in the frame of the forced fulfillment of the Regulation (CE) 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria of the foods, as well as for the administration, organisms of control and gestión of the hygiene and quality of the foods and researchers in the field of the alimentary hygiene.

Diverse reports, round table with discussion and sessions of demonstration configure an attractor trucks program around the legislation, the prevention, the evaluation and gestión of risks or the safe useful life of smart products for the consumption, with the common aim to elaborate, distribute, sell and conserve safe foods until the moment of his consumption.
