Temperature loggers: monitor processes in a wide range of temperatures in a variety of industries and products
The loggers DataTrace Micropack III (MPIII) can be used in wide variety of applications, from cold chambers and chambers for food pasteurization, sterilization by (EtO) ethylene oxide. The MPIII Temp loggers, HiTemp and HiTemp Ext provide precision and accuracy in a wide range of measurement. The three basic models of equipment of temperature record make it easy to monitor processes in a wide range of temperatures in a variety of industries and products.
To control the quality of the product, the process must be checked. For many processes of manufacture, storage and transportation, the datalogger DataTrace Micropack III captures temperature values very accurately and easily. The temperature ranges that cover different models (MPIII Temp Hi Temp and HiTemp EXT) allows to work in processes as diverse as the freezing, preservation, pasteurisation, sterilization, sterilization with Eto'o and depirogenacion.
Its dimensions are only 18 x 20 mm in diameter and its weight 15 g (body only). Its small size allows its application in a large number of processes by applying it very near or inside the product to be monitored.
DataTrace teams require very little training for their proper use. Micropack III is a cordless system, its application to the process is very quick and simple.
The configuration of the work mode of the Tracer (datalogger) becomes, in a matter of seconds, using a PC computer with a program in Windows (DTW Software).
The battery can be replaced by the user and in addition, the system allows calibration of the temperature field.
