The division of systems of Spraying Systems, Autojet Technologies, has developed the system modulate autojet especially indicated for the pulverización of aromas and preservatives before the packaging.

Of this way, keeps the system inside the correct parameters of application, respecting the dose, deleting the mist, saving product and conditioning of automatic way to changes in the speed of production, changes in the formats of the products to powder, different batch, changes in the environingingmental conditions, etc.

The last version of the software SprayLogic incorporates functions, as Integrity Check System, for the detection of obstructions or wear in the filters of pulverización. Spray Check Detects if a product has not been powdered.

Presses With Modulation, the employment of guns PulsaJet, able to produce opening cycles-closing of 10.000 cycles by minute, allows by means of the regulation PWM obtain very wide ratios of discharges of application, especially adapted in lines of production with variable speed.
