The division of systems of Spraying Systems, Autojet Technologies has developed the System Modulate Autojet for the automatic control of installations of pulverización.
This portable team is integrated cheese cheese by: a tank presurizado or bomb, picture electroneumático and controller model 2250. His powerful software SprayLogic is able to monitor and regulate automatically all the parameters that affect to the pulverización: pressesure of air and liquid, discharge, size of drop, angle of pulverización, being able to control in two channels, until 28 guns of pulverización with electrical control or tyre. Of this way, keeps the system inside the correct parameters of application, respecting the dose, deleting the mist, saving product and conditioning of automatic way to changes in the speed of production, changes in the formats of the products to powder, different batch, changes in the environingingmental conditions, etc.
The last version of the software SprayLogic allows besides:
- Integrity Check System: it Allows the detection of problems of obstruction or wear in the filters of pulverización.
- Spray Check: It detects if a product has not been powdered by any reason, employing an able sensor to “see the pulverización”. This procedure is of extraordinary importance if it requires follow the trazabilidad of the product.
- It presses With Modulation: The employment of guns of pulverización able to produce opening cycles-closing of until 10.000 cycles by minute, allows by means of the regulation PWM obtain very wide ratios of discharges of application.
