The discharge of liquid can regulate of form very precise activating and desactivando a valve of solenoid directly in front of the filter of pulverización. The gun PulsaJet of Spraying Systems has been especially developed for this application, allowing activations of until 10.000 pulses by minute. Thanks to this high frequency of pulses the model of pulverización does not vary and applies the liquid of uniform way, without interruptions in the product. The time of ‘activation' (cycle of work) adjusts through a controller in function of the discharge wished.

With a cycle of work of 100%, the filter of pulverización works of constant form and to his maximum discharge. In case of a cycle of work of 50% the filter of pulverización works the half of the time and therefore the flow reduces to 50% of the maximum capacity of the filter of pulverización, to a constant pressesure.

The advantages of a regulation of liquid PWM are numerous. For example, it is not necessary to vary the pressesure of the liquid, ensuring a result of pulverización constant. Besides, the angle of pulverización remains constant in all the rank of discharges, giving a uniform coverage and allows a variation of maximum discharges. For a same pressesure, avoids the learning of mist put that it does not increase the pressesure of the liquid. They allow volumes of liquid very small in combination with filters of pulverización bigger. Like result, produce fewer obstructions and allows powder discharges very small with filters of pulverización hydraulics. Like this it replaces the use of the filters of pulverización with air.
