Lubrication system: electrostatic chain
The electrostatic system of lubrication model Accucoat 52200 improved lubrication of chains significantly reducing oil consumption and chain stops.
Low flow pump system can power up to 4 electrostatic spraying nozzles simultaneously. The pump can be adjusted individually to feed precise volume of lubricant required each nozzle and it can be easily incorporated into existing lines.
The system consists of the following components: control panel with PLC, up to 4 nozzles nozzles electrostatic spraying with pump for each nozzle deposit 1.9 litre lubricating oil and joint manocontacto, filter and pressure regulator.
Accucoat 52200 has several advantages: lubrication completely uniform of the critical areas of the chain between the bushing and the PIN, prolonging the life, oil mist elimination by creating an atmosphere safe for operators, reduction of possible contamination of product with oil, high efficiency of transfer by reducing the consumption of oil and costs of operation, minimizes cleaning costs by reducing the excess of spraying, programmed and tested 100% for rapid installation and touch screen optional for easy monitoring and variation of parameters.
