Electrostatic system of lubrication: it deletes the problems generated by the mist of oil of the traditional systems of lubrication with air
The system electroestático of lubrication AccuJet deletes the problems generated by the mist of oil of the traditional systems of lubrication with air. This system provides a fine atomisation of the lubricante of form very uniform to the wide of the band to lubricate. With this system apply discharges ultra-low, from 0,1 to 20 millilitres by minute by ramp of filters, which allows to reduce the consumption of oil in more than 50%.
The system includes a controller that provides the voltage to load the liquid to powder electrically and the ramp of filters, in two widths of 150 and 300 mm, and until 10 ramps of filters by controller. The system also includes the group of pressesure by means of bomb of piston of low volume and tank of lubricante of 16 litres.
The system consists of the following components:
- Picture of standard control or in stainless steel.
- Ramps of filters 150 and 300 mm.

- Ramp 150 mm: 150-250 mm
- Ramp 300 mm: 300-350 mm
- Tank of 16 litres with bomb of piston.
- System of regulation for pilotage of bomb.
- Cables and tubes.
