Miniland exports basically to Central Europe and Eas- tern Europe, and also has presence in South America, North Africa and Middle East, concentrating 60-70% of the turnover. Business strategies In Miniland they believe that a brand strategy must follow company values, as well as enhance a constant innovation in new products. They promote direct communication towards the consumer, which improves the engagement rate. Goals Miniland wants to grow at a national level and at an international level too.
