El conjunto resultante es un todo atemporal y heterogéneo, que forma parte inseparable del lugar y del paisaje. La clasificación energética A de la Casa VN es fruto de una arquitectura eficiente, que Guillem Carrera ha implementado mediante soluciones de elementos solares pasivos, como porches de diferentes dimensiones o pérgolas de madera en la fachada sur. Además, la vivienda integra un sistema de climatización aerotérmica, ventilación de doble flujo y aislamiento térmico natural en las cubiertas. KNX concilia eficiencia y confort Sin embargo, el cerebro de la Casa VN es una sofisticada instalación domótica, creada por el integrador Pentadom Edificios Inteligentes. Se basa en el estándar industrial KNX de Jung y es la encargada del control inteligente de la climatización, la iluminación, las cortinas, estores y cerramientos, cuyo funcionamiento bien orquestado proporciona el máximo confort a los habitantes dentro de los más estrictos estándares de eficiencia energética. Para lograrlo, se han empleado un total de 56 pulsadores domóticos F40 de Jung, con entre uno y cuatro botones serigrafiados y personalizados para que el uso de todos los sistemas controlados sea totalmente intuitivo. Además, se han montado dos pulsadores domóticos por radiofrecuencia KNX RF de Jung a ambos lados de la cama del dormitorio principal, que permite el control de toda la estancia evitando dañar el cabecero de diseño. Tanto en los pulsadores KNX F40, como en el resto de mecanismos eléctricos (enchufes, interruptores, tomas de TV, Internet, etc.) Pentadom Edificios Inteligentes ha instalado la serie LS990 de Jung con acabado en Blanco Alpino. La alta calidad y resistencia de sus materiales, junto a su forma clara y rotunda de marco estrecho, hacen que la LS 990 encaje armoniosamente en cualquier entorno. In addition, the house integrates an aerothermal temperature control system, dual flow ventilation and natural thermal insulation on the rooftops. KNX combines efficiency and comfort However, the brain of the Casa VN is a sophisticated domotic installation, created by the integrator, Pentadom Edificios Inteligentes. It is based on the KNX industrial standard from Jung and is responsible for smartly controlling the heating, ventilation and air conditioning, the lighting, curtains, shades and enclosures, whose well-orchestrated operation provides residents with maximum comfort while complying with the strictest energy efficiency standards. To achieve this, a total of 56 F40 domotic push-buttons from Jung have been used, with between 1 and 4 screen-printed and personalised switches to ensure that the use of each of the controlled systems is completely intuitive. In addition, two domotic push buttons with KNX MHz frequency from Jung have been mounted on either side of the bed in the master bedroom, which controls the entire room without impinging on the designer headboard. In both the KNX F40 buttons and the rest of the electrical mechanisms (plugs, switches, TV sockets, internet, etc.), Pentadom Edificios Inteligentes has installed the LS990 series from Jung finished in AlpineWhite.
