Además, esta gama puede lograr una longitud total de tuberías frigoríficas de 400 m gracias a su avanzada tecnología de control de refrigerante, aumentando, así, considerablemente las opciones del sistema y sus posibilidades de instalación. Ahora la gama J-IIIL de unidades exteriores compactas se amplía con el nuevo modelo de 18 HP (desde 22,5 hasta 50 kW), estando disponible con potencias desde 8 a 18 HP. Es perfecta para edificios de tamañomedio como oficinas y hoteles, ya que permite conectar hasta 42 unidades interiores. Además, son equipos especialmente adecuados para áreasmuy concurridas gracias a su bajo nivel sonoro. Esta reducción del nivel sonoro se logramediante un ventilador de gran diámetro y un compresor scroll de alta capacidad. Esto permite instalar las unidades en distintos lugares sin necesidad de elementos antivibratorios. Tanto su gran eficiencia como su reducido nivel sonoro se deben a una reducción de la pérdida de carga del aire obtenida gracias a un diseño de aspas aerodinámico original de Fujitsu General y a un ventilador de gran diámetro. El empleo de un compresor scroll con un amplio rango de frecuencia de rotación, de 15 a 120 rps, junto con el método de control de onda sinusoidal sin sensores único de Fujitsu General, que controla suavemente la potencia absorbida por el motor, han permitido aumentar la eficiencia y reducir el nivel sonoro al mismo tiempo. Cassette de 3 vías El nuevo Cassette de 3 vías de General es la primera unidad interior de aire acondicionado de su clase que cuenta con salidas de aire direccionales en ambos lados, lo que resuelve el problema de repartir adecuadamente el aire en toda la estancia. Está disponible en dos modelos de 5,60 kW y 7,10 kW. Sus tres puertos de salida de aire controlables individualmente permiten ajustar el flujo de aire para que sea más uniforme y cree un espacio confortable sin apenas diferencias de temperatura, distribuyendo el flujo en función de la arquitectura del local a climatizar. El resultado, una estancia mucho más confortable para los ocupantes.
