Dentro de esta gama de soluciones MD la compañía ha desarrollado dos nuevos productos orientados a garantizar la máxima seguridad en el interior de los aerogeneradores, facilitando, a la vez, el trabajo de los técnicos de mantenimiento, hablamos concretamente de: la envolvente ignífuga y el elevador autónomo portátil. Envolvente ignífuga de disco de freno Solución preventiva desarrollada por Tamoin aplicable a tecnologías de aerogeneradores G4x y G5x con el objetivo de minorar el riesgo de incendio en el aerogenerador derivado de la acción mecánica del sistema de frenado de emergencia. En caso de parada de emergencia se produce una situación de riesgo de incendio, debido a las chispas generadas en el propio disco de freno. Tamoin ha diseñado y producido una cubierta para el disco de freno, con un sistema ignífugo que ha demostrado su eficacia. La cubierta está formada por un sistema de soporte de chapa galvanizada, al que se adhiere, mediante un adhesivo ignífugo, un recubrimiento ignífugo de fibra de vidrio recubierto de silicona. Esta cubierta se acopla al disco de freno, evitando que las chispas puedan provocar una situación de riesgo de incendio. Los elementos que componen esta solución técnica han sido seleccionados y diseñados a partir de rigurosos ensayos y mediciones, tanto en laboratorio como en campo. Tamoin has developed a pioneering O&M programme in the market, incorporating a new product range and services focused on the wind power sector, in particular, their MD solutions that encompass technical solutions, design modifications and retrofits. Within this range of MD solutions, the company has developed two new products designed to guarantee maximum safety inside wind turbines, in turn facilitating the work of maintenance technicians, specifically: the fire resistant brake disc cover and the portable autonomous elevator. Fire resistant brake disc cover A preventive solution developed by Tamoin applied to G4x and G5x wind turbine technologies, which aims to reduce the risk of fire inside the turbine caused by the mechanical action of the emergency braking system. In the event of an emergency stop, a fire risk situation can arise due to the sparks generated by the brake disc itself. Tamoin has designed and produced a cover for the brake disc, with a retardant system that has demonstrated its effectiveness. The cover is made up of a galvanized sheet support system to which a silicone-coated, fibreglass fire resistant coating is affixed. This cover is attached to the brake disc, preventing sparks from causing a fire risk situation. The elements that comprise this technical solution have been selected and designed based on rigorous testing and measurement, both in the laboratory and in the field. • The main advantages of this solution include the following: • High degree of fire protection. • Durability. • Low maintenance. Portable autonomous elevator A pioneering elevation system for inside the wind turbines, this solution has been designed and manufactured by Tamoin to use in wind turbines that do not have conventional lifting means installed as standard. As this is a portable and multitechnology solution, investment is highly optimised.
