El pasado mes de noviembre LONGi Solar fue reconocida por CTC como “Top Runner” en el apartado de degradación energética de módulos fotovoltaicos. Esto marca el tercer año que LONGi Solar ha ganado esta distinción desde 2016. La prueba de envejecimiento en exteriores demostró que la degradación promedio de los módulos fotovoltaicos de LONGi Solar fue del 0,38% en el primer año, del 0,32% en el segundo año y del 0,36% en el tercer año, quedando en primer lugar los tres años entre todos los módulos monocristalinos probados. La degradación acumulada al cabo de los tres años fue de tan solo un 1,06%. CTC llevó a cabo la supervisión de calidad y las pruebas sobre el terreno en su base de pruebas al aire libre en Hainan. Para garantizar la objetividad e imparcialidad, las pruebas se realizan a ciegas: CTC no informa a las empresas sobre las inspecciones y las muestras se seleccionan al azar de las líneas de producción o almacenes y se transportan a la base de pruebas. Desde marzo de 2015, CTC lleva a cabo estas pruebas de supervisión de calidad y controles sobre el terreno, por encargo del Ministerio de Industria y Tecnología de la Información, para estudiar la degradación del rendimiento y la metodología de evaluación de la vida útil de módulos y sistemas fotovoltaicos en condiciones climáticas típicas en China. Esto proporcionará al gobierno una base de datos justa y autorizada, y un informe de análisis de calidad de productos para la gestión de la industria. La base de datos es la primera información sustantiva nacional del comportamiento al aire libre de productos fotovoltaicos en China, y es una importante referencia de soporte técnico para la definición de las Condiciones Estándar para la industria de fabricación fotovoltaica y el programa “Top Runner” del Ministerio de Industria y Tecnología de la Información. Una vez al año se dan a conocer los productos que cumplen estas Condiciones Estándar impuestas por el citado ministerio. This is the third year in which LONGi Solar has obtained this award this award, since 2016. To ensure objectivity and impartiality, blind testing takes place: CTC does not advise the companies about the inspections and the samples are randomly selected fromproduction lines and warehouses before being transported to the test base. Since March 2015, CTC has been carrying out quality supervision and field testing on behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in order to study the performance degradation and the lifetime assessment methodology of the PV modules and systems under typical climatic conditions in China.
