Las reducciones conseguidas por estos proyectos servirán para el cumplimiento de los objetivos adquiridos por España en el marco del Protocolo de Kioto. Repsol actúa como gestora y coordinadora de la iniciativa y organiza el sistema de seguimiento y monitorización de los datos necesarios para los cálculos de reducciones de emisiones. La instalación de los puntos de recarga eléctrica se realiza a través de la compañía IBIL, empresa participada al 50% por Repsol y el Ente Vasco de la Energía (EVE). IBIL es el primer gestor de recarga de vehículos eléctricos inscrito en la CNMC (Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia) que proporciona servicios de recarga en el ámbito privado (en garajes particulares y en empresas) y en el público (en parkings públicos, parkings disuasorios, centros comerciales, vías públicas, estaciones de servicio, etc.). Con este proyecto y en línea con su compromiso sostenible, Repsol impulsa un nuevo vector energético para el transporte y contribuye a un futuro de la energía más diversificado. Repsol es proactiva a la hora de adoptar nuevas iniciativas que contribuyan a la reducción de gases de efecto invernadero en sus instalaciones y a lo largo de la cadena de valor. Repsol y la movilidad eléctrica Repsol lleva años investigando y mejorando la energía para el transporte, así como desarrollando energías alternativas. La compañía lidera varias iniciativas encaminadas a contribuir en el mix de nuevas soluciones de energía para el transporte y la movilidad. Cuenta con proyectos de movilidad eléctrica, uno de los vectores para el cambio en nuestra forma de movernos y consumir. Además, en su Centro de Tecnología investiga en numerosos campos relacionados con la movilidad. The aim of the CLIMA Projects is to promote reductions in GHG emissions, such as CO2, throughout Spain. The reductions achieved by these projects help comply with the targets undertaken by Spain within the framework of the Kyoto Protocol. Repsol is acting as initiative manager and coordinator, organising the follow-up and system to monitor the data necessary to calculate emissions reductions. IBIL is responsible for installing the electric charging points, a company in which Repsol and EVE, the Basque Energy Entity, each have a 50% shareholding. IBIL is the first EV charge manager to be registered with the CNMC, the Spanish National Commission on Markets and Competition and is a provider of charging services to the private sector (for private and company garages) and to the public sector (for public car parks, park and rides, shopping centres, public roads, service stations, etc.). Thanks to this project and in line with its commitment to sustainability, Repsol is driving a new energy vector for transport and is contributing to a more diversified energy future. Repsol is proactive when adopting new initiatives that help reduce GHG emissions in their installations and throughout the entire value chain. Repsol and e-mobility Repsol has spent years researching and improving energy for transport, as well as in the development of alternative energies. The company is spearheading various initiatives designed to contribute to the mix of new energy solutions for transport andmobility. It has its own e-mobility projects, one of the vectors for changing howwe move around and consume energy. Its Technology Centre is also researching numerous fields relating tomobility. Charging infrastructure Repsol is positioned in the field of e-mobility, specifically in that of charging infrastructures, as a result of its shareholding in IBIL. This entity offers 1,200 operational charging points (26 situated in Repsol service stations, thanks to which it is the leading company in terms of the number of fast charging points at service stations in Spain), and provides an integrated charging service for electric cars from 100% renewable energy, through smart installations and terminals and an infrastructure control centre that benefits from unique characteristics. Shared and electric mobility As part of the new mobility solutions in which the company is taking part, Repsol and Kia have launched a carsharing service REDUCCIÓN VERIFICADA DE EMISIONES GRACIAS A LA MOVILIDAD ELÉCTRICA El Proyecto Clima de movilidad eléctrica de Repsol suma ya más de 1.100 tCO2 reducidas gracias a los casi 8,5 millones de kilómetros recorridos (equivalente a más de 210 vueltas al mundo) por los vehículos eléctricos incluidos en esta iniciativa. Fue aprobado hace seis años por el Gobierno y ha sido el primer Proyecto CLIMA de España en verificar las reducciones de emisiones de GEI (Gases de Efecto Invernadero), a través de una empresa externa acreditada. VERIFIED EMISSIONS REDUCTION THANKS TO E-MOBILITY The e-mobility CLIMA Project from Repsol has already achieved reductions of over 1,100 tCO2 thanks to the almost 8.5 million kilometres travelled (equivalent to more than 210 trips around the world) by electric vehicles taking part in this initiative. Approved six years ago by the Government, it is Spain’s first CLIMA Project to have had an accredited external company verify reductions in GHG (greenhouse gas) emissions.
