El despliegue del vehículo eléctrico es una gran oportunidad para las islas. Distancias reducidas y acotadas, posibilidad de instalación de infraestructura de recarga que cubra todas las distancias a recorrer e introducción de la movilidad eléctrica en las compañías de alquiler de vehículos; forman parte de las condiciones necesarias para que su desarrollo sea todo un éxito. Con este marco de fondo, Endesa puso en marcha en la isla de Mallorca hace ya dos años el club de auto-recarga ecaR. El proyecto consta de seis puntos de recarga rápida, situados a una distancia media de 35 km, con los que se cubren los itinerarios más transitados de la isla. La infraestructura dispone de los tres estándares de recarga más habituales, lo que garantiza la movilidad eléctrica para cualquier vehículo del mercado. Los seis puntos de recarga entregan energía con certificado de origen 100% renovable. Desde el pasado mes de marzo, ecaR ha ampliado y mejorado su propuesta de valor, y ahora el servicio ya no es accesible solo para aquellos usuarios que se hayan dado de alta previamente como miembros de ecaR, sino que cualquier usuario de vehículo eléctrico que circule por Mallorca, puede usar los puntos de recarga sin necesidad de tener ningún contrato con Endesa. Tan sencillo como descargarse la aplicación ecaR (disponible gratuitamente tanto para Apple como para Android) y acceder a la infraestructura de recarga sin necesidad de utilizar ninguna tarjeta de acceso, pagando el servicio con una tarjeta de crédito a través de la aplicación móvil, de forma rápida y segura. Aquellos usuarios que prefieran darse de alta en ecaR, además de tener las mismas facilidades de acceso a la infraestructura a través del teléfono móvil, sin necesidad de tarjetas previas, podrán disponer de condiciones comerciales más ventajosas sobre clientes no dados de alta, estando garantizado el acceso a todos los usuarios de vehículos eléctricos sean o no clientes de Endesa. Aplicación móvil renovada La aplicación de Endesa, ecaR, permite visualizar en tiempo real el estado de los puntos de recarga, de manera que el usuario puede conocer si está libre, ocupado, reservado o fuera de servicio. Igualmente dispone de un servicio de guiado hacia la infraestructura de recarga, que permite de manera sencilla la localización de la infraestructura desde cualquier punto de la isla. Access to the infrastructure by every EV user is, however, guaranteed, whether or not they are Endesa clients. Updated mobile app The Endesa ecaR app offers a real time display of the charging points’ status, so that the user can see if it is free, occupied, reserved or out-of-service. Similarly, it offers a route guidance service to the charging point, making it easy to locate from any point on the island.
