Estos generadores HEAT MASTER TC pueden instalarse en equipos autónomos para exterior ACV BOX, combinando, de esta manera, las ventajas de su particular sistema de producción de agua caliente y las de los equipos autónomos para exterior. De esta combinación resultan equipos de dimensiones y pesosmuy reducidos, que los convierten en la solución ideal para plantear en instalaciones de producción de ACS para el sector hotelero (sobre todo en reformas complejas en las que haya que recurrir a la instalación exterior de los equipos). En la Figura 2 se presenta una imagen de un equipo HEAT MASTER BOX 240 (formado por dos calderas HEAT MASTER 120 TC y un interacumulador HRi800) para un hotel de 4 estrellas y 140 habitaciones. En un equipo de solo 4,9 m2 de espacio utilizado y 1.900 kg de peso en vacío se dispone de todos los elementos necesarios para producir ACS en esta instalación. Son evidentes las reducidas dimensiones y pesos en comparación con otras soluciones con tecnologías convencionales. Conclusiones Los equipos autónomos ACV BOX para instalar en exteriores y azoteas propuestos por ACV, son la solución ideal para cualquier tipología de instalación de calefacción y ACS, tanto por las múltiples posibilidades de fabricación, según necesidades de la instalación, como por las compactas dimensiones que facilitan su ubicación en azoteas de reducidas dimensiones. El catálogo de soluciones ACV BOX está disponible con tres gamas de generadores de calor de condensación de ACV, calderas murales de alta potencia PRESTIGE en cascada, calderas de pie de alta potencia COMPACT CONDENS y generadores de doble servicio ACS/Calefacción HEAT MASTER TC con tecnología “Total Condensing”, con un rango de potencias disponibles de entre 68 a 1.200 kW. These HEAT MASTER TC generators can be installed in the ACV BOX stand-alone outdoor units, thereby combining the advantages of their particular hot water production system with those of stand-alone outdoor units. This combination results in units with very reduced dimensions and weights making them the perfect solution for DHW production installations in the hotel sector (above all in complex refurbishments in which the units have to be installed outdoors). Figure 2 shows a HEAT MASTER BOX 240 unit (comprising two HEAT MASTER 120 TC boilers and a HRi800 inter-accumulator) for a 4-star, 140-room hotel. A unit that occupies a space of just 4.9 m2 and with an empty weight of 1,900 kg offers all the elements required to produce the DHW for this installation. Its small dimensions and reduced weight offer a clear advantage compared to other solutions that use conventional technologies. Conclusions The ACV BOX stand-alone units for outdoor and rooftop installations offered by ACV are the ideal solution for any type of heating and DHW installation, both due to the numerous models available depending on the needs of the installation and their compact dimensions that make them easy to position on rooftops with limited space. The ACV BOX catalogue of solutions is available in three ranges of heat condensing generators from ACV: high power PRESTIGE wall-hung boilers in cascade; high power COMPACT CONDENS floor-standing boilers; and dual service DHW/ Heating HEAT MASTER TC generators with Total Condensing technology and an available range of outputs from 68 to 1,200 kW. Specifically, the HEAT MASTER BOX unit for DHW production is the most compact and efficient solution on the market to produce hot water, the optimal solution for hoteltype installations.
