Cañamás Hnos, en colaboración con Schreder Socelec, ha llevado a cabo la renovación de la iluminación de sus centrales hortofrutícolas situadas en Oliva y en L’Alcudia (Valencia) donde manipula y trata los cítricos obtenidos en sus fincas. Schreder Socelec lleva a cabo un estudio minucioso de las distintas zonas industriales, en las que las personas trabajan con máquinas diversas, y pueden generar situaciones potencialmente peligrosas. Estas zonas requieren niveles de iluminación adaptadas a ese entorno específico para garantizar la seguridad de los trabajadores. Además las luminarias han de adaptarse a condiciones especiales (ignífugas, temperaturas, extremas, a prueba de explosiones, etc.). Sirva como ejemplo el caso de las instalaciones situadas en la población de L’Alcudia, al sur de la ciudad de Valencia. La superficie total de la parcela que engloba nave principal, control de accesos, zonas de envases y zonas de parking es de 54.000m2, y la nave principal cuenta con una superficie de 24.000 m2 climatizados, siendo el principal producto manejado la naranja. La nave contaba desde hace 20 años con un alumbrado formado por proyectores y campanas en general. El proyecto consistió en la sustitución del alumbrado de proyección y campanas, con el que contaba la nave principal y el exterior de la parcela, por proyectores NEOS LED. Los proyectores y campanas existentes en las principales zonas de trabajo del interior de la nave eran del tipo HID 400W HAL, y se han sustituido en su totalidad por NEOS 3 LED 64L 99W NW, manteniendo el nivel lumínico necesario superior a 100 lux, y aumentando la uniformidad a un 90%. Los proyectores de las zonas de cámaras y almacenamiento eran del tipo cuarzo-yodo 300 W, y se han sustituido por NEOS 1 LED 24L 38WWW, manteniendo igualmente un nivel exigido de más de 100 lux, y consiguiendo una uniformidad casi del 100%. Cañamás Hnos., in collaboration with Schréder Socelec, has renovated the lighting at its fruit and vegetable plants located in Oliva and in L’Alcudia (Valencia) where the citrus fruit grown on its land is handled and processed. Schréder Socelec undertook a detailed study of the different industrial areas in which the employees work with different types of machines that create potentially dangerous situations. These areas require lighting levels that are adapted to that specific environment to guarantee the safety of the workers. Moreover, the luminaires have had to adapt to special conditions (flameproof, extreme temperature-proof, explosionproof, etc.). One such example is the installations located in the town of L’Alcudia to the south of Valencia. The 54,000 m2 total surface area of the premises encompasses the main warehouse, access control, packing areas and parking areas. The main warehouse covers a temperature controlled surface area of 24,000 m2 where oranges are the main product being processed. For the last 20 years, the lighting for the premises generally comprised floodlights and bell lamps. The project involved replacing the old lamps installed in the main warehouse and around the perimeter of the premises with LED NEOS floodlights. The existing floodlights and bell lamps in the main indoor working areas of the warehouse were HID 400W HAL type and have been entirely replaced by NEOS 3 LED 64L 99W NW, maintaining the necessary level of lighting at over 100 lux and increasing uniformity to 90%. The floodlights in the stores and cold rooms used to be 300W quartz-iodine lights and were replaced by NEOS 1 LED 24L 38WWW, similarly maintaining the required level of more than 100 lux and achieving almost 100% uniformity.
