Desde hace más de cinco años, los técnicos de Leycolan trabajan para dotar de inteligencia y hacer más eficientes los sistemas de iluminación exterior e industrial, en definitiva, la iluminación de grandes espacios. Las soluciones Leycolan aúnan la tecnología LED, en base a LED COB (siglas del concepto inglés Chip on Board), que facilita enormemente las labores de mantenimiento y sustitución de componentes de iluminación, con la tecnología de comunicación por onda portadora (PLC, Power Line Communication, en su acepción inglesa). Esta seguridad frente a posibles sabotajes, se ve complementada por la seguridad intrínseca de esta tecnología ante posibles fallos, de vital importancia dado que los servicios gestionados, iluminación de ciudades e industrias, lo son para sus usuarios. Es por ello, que Leycolan ha desarrollado y seleccionado distintas tecnologías para poder proveer este servicio de iluminación eficiente y gestionable de manera autómata, con el mayor grado de seguridad, evitando incidencias y malfuncionamientos debido a potenciales interferencias, sean del tipo que sean. By using the lighting infrastructure as a support for applications such as remote management, they open the door to new solutions including sensors of any type (presence detection, ambient sensors, noise pollution, structure situation/status, support for citizen mobility, etc., stand-along controls in underpopulated places, consumption monitoring, savings, status reports…). In short, this is a tremendously extensive field and one in which only a series of limited services is starting to appear, despite leading to more in the future.
