Y la temperatura de la nave bajó de inmediato al mismo nivel. El producto, de fácil aplicación en cualquier cubierta, crea una capa impermeable homogénea de 1 mm de grosor en cubiertas planas o inclinadas de fibrocemento de todo tipo de edificios. Amplía hasta 10 años la vida útil de los revestimientos, uniendo las fibras que hayan podido desgastarse. Es un revestimiento ecológico, sin disolventes en su composición y, por tanto, no emite sustancias volátiles contribuyendo de esta forma a la reducción de emisión de CO2. Pesa poco (1,22 kg/m2), por lo que proporciona una excelente adherencia a la cubierta existente, seca muy rápido y presenta, tan sólo hora y media tras su aplicación, instantánea resistencia a los fenómenos externos. Cool-R puede aplicarse sobre superficies metálicas, cerámicas, bituminosas, de hormigón, PVC y EPDM. Es asombrosamente elástico y fácil de limpiar, resistente a la penetración del agua (200 kPa), a la tracción (3,5 MPa), a la suciedad, a los rayos UV (hasta un 86,7%), a temperaturas extremas (entre -35 ºC y 80 ºC) y hasta a fuegos externos, conforme a la clase BRoof (t1) y acorde a la norma ETAG005.
