Las calderas Kalvis son calderas de biomasa para la combustión de astillas, pellet y hueso de aceituna con una gama de potencias desde 500 kW hasta 5.000 kW, con modelos que cubren las necesidades de agua caliente para sistemas centralizados del sector terciario y primario. La gama está compuesta de las series M1 y M. Las calderas de la serie M1 son aptas para la combustión de astillas, pellets, serrín o virutas de hasta 50 mm de largo y de hasta 45% de humedad. Se trata de calderas pirotubulares automáticas con parrilla móvil refrigerada e intercambiador horizontal, disponibles en potencias de 500 a 5.000 kW. El combustible se introduce en la parrilla móvil desde la parte posterior de la caldera a través de tornillo sinfín o sistema hidráulico. La cámara de combustión tiene recubrimiento y arco de ladrillo refractarios resistentes al calor, lo que garantiza una combustión óptima. Entre las principales ventajas de esta serie podemos citar: • Excelentes datos de eficiencia energética y ambientales. • Flujo de agua equilibrado en el intercambiador de calor, que protege del sobrecalentamiento y de los residuos. • Control automatizado del proceso de combustión. • Elementos de parrilla de fundición enmovimiento (rejilla de paso), que extiende de manera uniforme el combustible y lo mueve a través de la cámara de combustión. • El aire primario se suministra en zonas separadas por debajo de la rejilla de paso. • Extracción automática de cenizas de la cámara de combustión. • Limpieza de intercambiador por aire comprimido (opcional). • Elección de los equipos de la cámara de combustión dependiendo de la humedad del combustible y del comportamiento de fundición de las cenizas. The Kalvis boilers are biomass boilers for the combustion of wood chips, pellet and olive pits with capacities ranging from 500 kW that 5,000 kW, and models that cover hot water demand for centralised systems in the tertiary and primary sectors. The range consists of the M1 and M series. The M1 series boilers are suitable for the combustion of wood chips, pellets, sawdust or wood shavings up to 50 mm long with a maximum humidity of 45%. These are automatic fire tube boilers with a cooled moving grate and horizontal exchanger, available in outputs ranging from 500 to 5,000 kW. The fuel enters the moving grate from the rear of the boiler via a worm gear or hydraulic system. The combustion chamber and arch are layered with heat resistant bricks to ensure optimal combustion. The main advantages of this series include: • Excellent environmental and energy efficiency data. • Balanced flow of water in the heat exchanger that protects from overheating and residue. • Automated control of the combustion process. • Moving parts of the cast iron grate (moving grill) uniformly spread out the fuel and move it through the combustion chamber. • Primary air is supplied to separate zones below the grill. • Automatic ash extraction from the combustion chamber. • Exchanger cleaning via compressed air (optional). • Selection of combustion chamber equipment depending on fuel humidity and the ash melting behaviour. • The boiler is fed by extraction and transport systems. Meanwhile the M series boiler, in addition to the series M1 fuels, is able to burn Iberian biomass and is equipped with a combustion chamber with a modulating burner, offering the same range of outputs as the M1 series. Its advantages include: • Balanced flow of water in the heat exchanger that protects from overheating and residue. • Preheated primary and secondary air is supplied to the combustion chamber. • Optimal combustion thanks to its concrete cladding which is resistant to high temperatures and to the large surface area of the heat exchanger. The primary and secondary air operate independently.
