Ayudas a la eficiencia del MINETUR, balance tras un año de vigencia MINETUR funding for energy efficiency: one year on El 6 de mayo de 2015 entraron en vigor los programas de ayudas del MINETUR, gestionados por el IDAE con cargo al FNEE y el Programa PAREER-CRECE. En total se destinaron 168 M€ para líneas de rehabilitación energética de edificios, transporte, PYME y gran empresa del sector industrial y alumbrado exterior municipal. Posteriormente, surgieron nuevos programas de ayudas para el sector ferroviario y desaladoras y se amplió el presupuesto. El presupuesto total gestionado asciende a más de 413 M€. Estos programas están siendo un éxito y en algunos aún se pueden presentar solicitudes, quedando fondos disponibles, otros finalizaron el pasado 5 de mayo Estos programas y sus respectivos balances son: PAREER-CRECE. 2.099 solicitudes que totalizan 129 M€ en ayuda directa sin contraprestación y 108 M€ en préstamos reembolsables, y que movilizarán una inversión total de casi 414 M€. El programa se resolvió el 3 de mayo al alcanzarse los más de 237 M€ de ayuda solicitada, superándose en 37,5 M€ el presupuesto, quedando estos proyectos en lista de espera. Los principales solicitantes han sido con un 80%, las comunidades de vecinos, siendo la medida más demandada la mejora del aislamiento térmico de las fachadas para reducir el gasto de calefacción. Eficiencia energética en PYME y gran empresa del sector industrial. Presupuesto total de más de 115 M€ con cargo al FNEE. 616 solicitudes que en total suponen una inversión de 492,2 M€ y ayudas directas por 117,5 M€. Se cerró el 5 de mayo. Cambio modal y uso más eficiente de los modos de transporte. Presupuesto de 8 M€ con cargo al FNEE para planes de transporte sostenible al centro de trabajo, gestión de flotas de transporte por carretera y cursos de conducción eficiente para conductores de vehículos industriales, se han recibido 53 solicitudes, que en total suponen inversiones de casi 4 M€ y una ayuda directa de 3,7 M€. Sólo se ha cubierto un 46% del presupuesto. Renovación de las instalaciones de alumbrado exterior municipal. Presupuesto total de 65 M€, con cargo al FNEE. 73 solicitudes, que suponen inversiones de más de 81,3 M€ y un volumen de préstamos de 79,3 M€, habiéndose sobrepasado el presupuesto en un 22%, quedando estos proyectos en lista de espera. Eficiencia energética en el sector ferroviario. Cuenta con un presupuesto de 13 M€, hasta el momento se han presentado 5 solicitudes (este programa estará vigente hasta finales de 2016), por lo que aún se dispone del 95% del presupuesto para soluciones de frenado, semáforos, instalaciones, etc. Eficiencia energética en desaladoras. Dotado con 12 M€, ya ha recibido 22 solicitudes. Esto supone que se van a comprometer unas inversiones de 20,3 M€ y que se ha reservado una ayuda del 60%. El plazo finaliza el 29 de diciembre. On 6 May 2015, the MINETUR funding programmes came into effect, managed by the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE) under Spain’s National Energy Efficiency Fund (FNEE) and the PAREER-CRECE Programme. The programme closed on 3 May with funding applications submitted for more than €237m. Projects totalling €37.5m exceeded the budget and are now on a waiting list. To date, 80% of the applicants have been residents’ associations with the measure most sought after being the improvement to the thermal insulation of façades to bring down heating costs. Energy efficiency for SMEs and large companies in the industrial sector: Total budget of more than €115m corresponding to the FNEE. 616 applications together representing an investment of €492.2m and direct funding of €117.5m. Modal change and a more efficient use of modes of transport: €8m budget under the FNEE for sustainable transport plans to the place of work, management of road transport fleets and efficient driving courses for the drivers of industrial vehicles. A total of 53 applications were received involving investments of almost €4m and direct funding of €3.7m. Only 46% of the budget has been taken up. Renovation of outdoor municipal lighting installations: Total budget of €65m corresponding to the FNEE.With 73 applications representing investments of more than €81.3m and loans totalling €79.3m, submissions have exceeded the budget by 22% resulting in those projects being put on the waiting list. Energy efficiency in the rail sector:With a budget of €13m, 5 applications have been submitted to date (this programme will remain in force until the end of 2016),meaning that there is still 95% available for solutions for braking, signalling, installations, etc. Energy efficiency in desalination plants: €12m provision and 22 applications already received. This means that there is a commitment to invest €20.3m and reserved funding of 60%. The application period closes on 29 December.
