El Mediterráneo y el horizonte se enmarcan en múltiples vistas y conforman un entorno de contemplación y relax, como lo define el creador de la “Casa Sardinera” en Jávea (Alicante), el arquitecto internacional Ramón Esteve. El blanco es el tono dominante en toda la construcción. Incluso los muros, texturizados por la huella de los encofrados de madera, se hermanan con la propia madera velada en blanco de persianas, techos y mobiliario. En este entorno, la sobriedad conceptual de la serie LS 990 de mecanismos de Jung en color blanco marfil se convierte en un argumento más del interiorismo, un plus de belleza eficiente para una vivienda iluminada por el sol mediterráneo, pero también por varios sistemas Dali, algunos con luces LED regulables. El cerebro de la casa, el sistema KNX de Jung implementado por Inel, demuestra su gran adaptabilidad al asimilar estos sistemas de otros fabricantes dentro del variadísimo conjunto de equipos y dispositivos de climatización, calefacción, control de persianas, seguridad y alarmas técnicas de que dispone la edificación. El sistema de automatización domótica KNX de Jung instalado en Casa Sardinera integra los termostatos repartidos por las estancias y zonas clave de la vivienda en un sistema global, en el que además de la iluminación se incluye una estación meteorológica y actuadores para toldos y persianas. El sofisticado software del sistema KNX hace que la iluminación y la climatización respondan a los requerimientos del usuario en cada momento, pero también a las condiciones externas del edificio. Así, cuando hay suficiente luz natural, se atenúa la artificial, peromanteniendo los niveles prescritos por los habitantes. Si aprieta el sol y sopla el viento, KNX entornará las persianas para reducir la radiación, pero permitiendo el paso a la brisa ymientras, recogerá los toldos. Mediante estas y otras funcionalidades, se consigue optimizar significativamente el consumo energético. También se reducen los costes de mantenimiento generales del edificio, al permitir el establecimiento de parámetros de uso máximo de dispositivos, además de evitar su funcionamiento cuando no son necesarios, como es el caso de la iluminación, la climatización los toldos, etc. Por último, cuando el usuario se ausenta, KNX cerrará la casa y establecerá el modo adecuado de seguridad. Esta constituye un capítulo esencial en la amplísima funcionalidad que proporciona el sistema KNX de Jung en la Casa Sardinera. No solo previene fugas de agua y sobrecargas eléctricas, sino también intrusiones no deseadas. Además, mediante el web server con pantalla del sistema y el iPad situado en la cocina, es posible monitorizar todo el edificio y gestionar los videoporteros. Asimismo, posibilita el acceso al control de todo el sistema vía smartphones, tanto si el usuario está presente en la vivienda como si está fuera, incluso al otro lado del mundo. The brain of the house, Jung’s KNX system implemented by Inel, has proven its extreme adaptability by incorporating systems from other manufacturers as part of a huge range of equipment and devices with which the building is equipped covering temperature control, heating, shades control, security and technical alarms. Jung’s KNX domotic automation system installed in the Casa Sardinera integrates the thermostats distributed throughout the rooms andmain areas of the dwelling within a global system that, apart from the lighting, includes a weather station and actuators for the shades and blinds. The sophisticated software of the KNX system ensures that the lighting and HVAC not only respond to the requirements of the user at any given time, but also to the building’s external conditions.When there is enough natural light, the artificial lighting is dimmed, but always maintaining the levels required by the occupants. If the sun becomes too strong and the wind gets up, KNX half-closes the blinds to reduce radiation, but still allows the breeze to pass through while rolling up the sunshades. Thanks to these and other functionalities, a significant optimisation of energy consumption is achieved. The overall maintenance costs of the building are reduced as the devices maximum use parameters can be programmed, in addition to stopping them operating when not needed, as is the case of lighting, HVAC, shades, etc. Lastly, when the user is not at home, KNX closes the house, setting up the appropriate level of security. This is a key aspect of the very extensive features provided by Jung’s KNX system for the Casa Sardinera. It not only prevents water leakages and power surges but also unwanted intrusions. Moreover, the web server with its system screen and the iPad situated in the kitchen mean that it is possible to supervise the entire building and manage the video entry monitors. Access via smartphone is also available, allowing the user to control the whole system from inside the house or from the other side of the world.
