La puesta en marcha del WKmono 80 se logra de una forma fácil por parte del usuario a través del programa de puesta en marcha dirigido por menús. NewWKmono 80 burner (up to 17,000 kW) Presented by Weishaupt at the ISH 2015, the WKmono 80 next-generation monobloc burner offers a power output that until now was only possible from a duobloc burner with a separate combustion air fan. Thanks to the absence of the air ductwork, installation costs are reduced. Throughout its design stages, much emphasis was placed on the compact construction format. As such, the dual-fuel WKmono 80 burner achieves a maximum output of 17,000 kW, but is only 1630 mm long. Moreover it achieves reduced energy consumption, a high level of efficiency and reduced noise levels. Despite its space-saving design, components such as the mixing assemble, the air dampers and the digital combustion manager are arranged to give ease of access. The standard length mixing assembly can be moved to a service position inside the burner housing without dismantling it. The start-up of theWKmono 80 is easily performed by following the user-friendly menu-guided start-up programme.
