Bajo el paraguas de “Nuevas soluciones para mejorar la aportación en la recogida selectiva”, seis alumnos se enfocarán en esta edición en el desarrollo de propuestas que mejoren la colaboración ciudadana con el reciclaje. El programa formativo Circular Talent Lab, impulsado por TheCircularLab, el centro de innovación abierta en economía circular de Ecoembes ha dado ya su pistoletazo de salida. Con esta iniciativa se pretende fomentar que seis jóvenes talentos conformen un equipo multidisciplinar para trabajar en materia de economía circular, reciclaje e innovación durante seis meses para resolver un reto predefinido. Los alumnos harán frente a este reto, que este año está relacionado con la mejora de la colaboración ciudadana con el reciclaje, teniendo en cuenta los factores y peculiaridades de cada zona, como el alto tránsito de personas, la elevada concurrencia turística o si, por el contrario, el lugar de situación está en una zona más dispersa en la naturaleza. Y es que, TheCircularLab sigue impulsando un año más este tipo de formaciones siguiendo un propósito que ya preocupa a muchos jóvenes: el cuidado del medioambiente. En esta séptima edición, participarán seis integrantes procedentes de diferentes puntos del país y de distintas especialidades. Estarán guiados por mentores profesionales que, siguiendo técnicas como el design thinking y la co-creación, basadas en los principios de la metodología CIR (Comprensión, Ideación y Realización) perseguirán la comprensión del reto, la ideación de posibles soluciones a dicho reto y la realización de un producto mínimo viable. Además de la experiencia formativa, basada en la creación de ideas novedosas e innovadoras, el programa ofrecerá a estos jóvenes la posibilidad de trabajar en un producto mínimo viable que responda al reto de este año, para después ser desarrollado en el departamento de innovación de TheCircularLab para su futura aplicación. Más de 50 alumnos han pasado por este programa formativo En las seis ediciones anteriores, los 53 alumnos participantes se han enfrentado a retos como: la creación de un contenedor inteligente, una app que facilite el reciclaje a los ciudadanos, dar una segunda vida a los materiales reciclados o soluciones no tecnológicas que ayuden a los ciudadanos a reciclar. Through this initiative, TheCircularLab is continuing to promote training of this type with a view to achieving a goal that is now of great concern to many young people: care of the environment. Six students from different parts of the country and specialising in different disciplines will participate in this edition of the event. They will be guided by professional mentors who will implement techniques such as design thinking and co-creation, based on the principles of CIR methodology (Comprehension, Ideation and Realisation). These mentors will seek to achieve comprehension of the challenge, ideation of possible solutions and the realisation of a minimum viable product. They will accompany the students throughout the programme. In addition to the training experience, based on the creation of new and innovative ideas, the programme will offer these young people the opportunity to work on a minimum viable product designed to meet this year’s challenge. This product will then be developed in TheCircularLab’s innovation department for subsequent implementation.
