Desde la producción de trituradoras de dos ejes y de eje simple, molinos de martillos, cizallas rotativas, granuladores, cintas transportadoras y transportadores sin fin, hasta el diseño de plantas completas “llave enmano”para obtener valor de los residuos. Siempre atento a la evolución del mercado y sensible a las necesidades reales de los clientes, Forrec ha perfeccionado una máquina que responde concretamente a la demanda de instrumento cada vez más versátiles, capaces de adaptarse a los cambios en los flujos de trabajo y a las altas exigencias de producción, pero también destinadas a múltiples aplicaciones. De ahí la definición de multi-desgarrador, máquinas diseñadas para el tratamiento de residuos sólidos urbanos, residuos voluminosos y residuos industriales en balas y bolsas, capaces de operar en diferentes áreas como: • Antes de una incineradora, para realizar la reducción de volumen; • Antes de la clasificación orgánica y no orgánica de residuos; • En caso de que sea necesario reducir el volumen antes del empacado; • En los vertederos, para reducir el volumen cuando es necesario separar y recuperar la fracción combustible . El multi-desgarrador está presente en la gama Forrec en versiones que van desde 970 mm de longitud hasta 2600 mm de la cámara de corte. El modelo más grande, la versión FR5000, se ha mejorado recientemente para que la máquina sea aún más potente y eficaz. Las innovaciones se refieren principalmente al sistema de corte y al fácil mantenimiento de la máquina: • Los soportes de las cuchillas pueden retirarse desatornillando las bridas, sin necesidad de retirar la tolva o otras partes mecánicas; • Las contracuchillas centrales y laterales son totalmente independientes, sin travesaños de apoyo para optimizar la descarga del material procesado; • Las contracuchillas están situadas a ambos lados del filo de corte para garantizar un desgaste uniforme, duplicando así su vida útil; • El tamaño de salida del material procesado puede ajustarse sustituyendo las contracuchillas. • Pequeños ajustes que hacen la máquina muy fácil de mantener. La multilaceradora FR es una máquina que ha demostrado ser muy eficaz y versátil en diferentes aplicaciones, capaz de procesar hasta 40 toneladas de residuos comerciales e industriales por hora con un tamaño de salida de material calibrado. Aplicado en muchos vertederos del sudeste asiático, el multitriturador primario ha demostrado ser la máquina ideal para todos los casos en los que es necesario obtener una pretrituración, pero también para una preparación del material, que una vez cribado puede enviarse directamente a la incineración para la producción de CDR (combustible derivado de residuos). Hence the definition of multi-crusher, machines made for the treatment of municipal solid waste, bulky waste and industrial waste in bales and bags, able to operate in different areas such as: • Before an incinerator, to operate volume reduction; • Before organic and non-organic sorting; • In case of need of volume reduction before baling; • At a landfill, to reduce volume when separation and recovery of the combustible fraction is required. The multi-crusher has been in Forrec’s range for some time in versions ranging from 970 mm cutting chamber length up to 2600 mm. The largest model, the FR5000 version, has recently been improved to make the machine even more powerful and performing. The innovations mainly concern the cutting system and the easy maintenance of the machine itself: • the blade holders can be disassembled by unscrewing the flanges, without removing the hopper or other mechanical parts; • the central and lateral counter-blades are totally independent, without support crossbars to optimize the discharge of the processed material; • the counter-blades are positioned on both sides of the cutting edge in order to ensure uniform wear, thus doubling their life; • the output dimension of the processed material can be adjusted by replacing the counter-blades. • Small adjustments that have made the machine very easy to maintain The FR multi-crusher is a machine that has proved to be very performing and versatile in different applications, able to treat up to 40 tons of commercial and industrial waste per hour with an output material calibrated in size. Applied in many landfills in Southeast Asia, the primary multicrusher has proved to be the ideal machine for all cases where there is a need to obtain a pre-shredding, but also for a preparation of the material, which once screened can be sent directly to incineration for the production of RDF (residual derived fuel).
