BOMBAS IDEAL REFUERZA SU POSICIONAMIENTO EN ORIENTE MEDIO SUMINISTRANDO BOMBAS SUMERGIBLES EN LA DESALADORA DE JEBEL ALI DE EMIRATOS ÁRABES UNIDOS BOMBAS IDEAL REINFORCES ITS POSITIONING IN THE MIDDLE EAST SUPPLYING SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS FOR THE JEBEL ALI DESALINATION PLANT IN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Ideal Ideal The new Jebel Ali SWRO Plant, the contract for which was awarded to the Acciona - Besix consortium, is owned by the Dubai Electricity &Water Authority (DEWA). The facility is one of the largest SWRO plants in the United Arab Emirates. The consortium entrusted BOMBAS IDEAL with the construction of the main submersible pumps. The scope of supply included the delivery of 44 IDEAL ARS Series submersible pumps made of cast stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and S316L grade stainless steel. The pumps have discharge diameters of between DN65 and DN350, and a total power output of 450kW. The equipment supplied is distributed throughout the desalination plant for the pumping of the main seawater reject streams, sludge, chemical cleaning and storm water. The scope of supply also saw BOMBAS IDEAL manufacturing and delivering two HYDRO highpressure pumps made of SS316L grade stainless steel for drinking water supply and services. This recent collaboration in the field of desalination comes in addition to the participation of BOMBAS IDEAL in other facilities, such as FUJAIRAH F1, SOHAR, UMM AL HOUL I & II, SHUQAIQ III, TAWEELAH, SALALAH and AL-KHOBAR II. Through these projects the company has reinforced its positioning in the Middle East. La nueva Planta Desaladora de Jebel Ali, adjudicada al consorcio de empresas Acciona – Besix y propiedad de Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA), es una de las mayores plantas desalinizadoras por ósmosis inversa de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos. El consorcio de empresas ha confiado a BOMBAS IDEAL, la construcción de las principales bombas sumergibles. El alcance contempla el suministro de 44 bombas sumergibles de la serie IDEAL ARS construidas en fundición de acero inoxidable DUPLEX y SS316L con diámetros de impulsión entre DN65 y DN350 y una potencia total de 450kW. Los equipos distribuidos por la planta desaladora son los encargados de bombear los principales rechazos de agua de mar, lodos, limpiezas químicas y aguas de tormenta. El alcance total de BOMBAS IDEAL, se completa con la fabricación y suministro de dos Grupos de Presión HYDRO en SS316L para los suministros de Agua Potable y Servicios. Esta nueva colaboración enmarcada en el campo de la desalación, se une a las realizadas en FUJAIRAH F1, SOHAR, UMM AL HOUL I & II, SHUQAIQ III, TAWEELAH, SALALAH y AL-KHOBAR II, y refuerza el posicionamiento de BOMBAS IDEAL en la región de Oriente Medio.
