www.futurenviro.es | Mayo-Junio May-June 2021 110 Instalación del sistema catalítico en la Planta de Valorización Energética de Sant Adrià de Besòs Installation of catalytic system at Sant Adrià de Besòs Waste-to-Energy Plant Una vez finalizado el desmontaje, se procedió al refuerzo de la cimentación de la estructura de hormigón donde se soportaban los antiguos filtros y, en la actualidad, se soporta el sistema SCR. c) Refuerzo de la cimentación de la estructura de hormigón en cota +10,80 m La instalación del nuevo SCR resultó pesar 2,5 veces más que los filtros electroestáticos. Esto, sumado a la falta de conocimiento del estado de la cimentación de la estructura de hormigón, requirió aumentar la carga admisible por la cimentación para poder instalar los nuevos equipos. Estas actuaciones se llevaron a cabo en el año 2019 y culminaron en la parada anual prevista para marzo de 2020 (la cual fue retrasada a junio del mismo año debido a la declaración del estado de alarma por la emergencia sanitaria). Instalación del sistema catalítico en la PVE El proyecto fue dividido en cuatro fases: la implantación en obra, las modificaciones de planta durante la parada, el montaje del nuevo SCR y el acoplamiento del SCR a la PVE durante la segunda parada de la planta. Durante la parada de planta de marzo de 2020, fue el momento de realizar las modificaciones en la PVE de Sant Adrià de Besòs. Installation of the catalytic system at the Waste-to-Energy Plant The project was divided into four phases: on-site implementation, plant modifications during the maintenance shutdown, assembly of the new SCR system and integration of the SCR system into the Waste-to-Energy Plant during the second plant shutdown.
