FICHTNER was responsible for the following areas: Feasibility Study, Basic Design, Assistance in Obtaining Permits, Tender Documents, Evaluation of Bids, Verification of Designs, Construction Management, Supervision of Commissioning and Verification of Guarantees. Nine specialists from FICHTNER were involved in this project, providing support to TERSA in its commitment to implement the best available technologies. La empresa barcelonesa RESA, filial en España del grupo alemán FICHTNER, ha prestado a TERSA sus servicios de ingeniería y dirección de obra para el diseño, licitación, construcción y puesta en servicio del nuevo sistema catalítico de la Planta de Valorización Energética de Sant Adrià de Besòs. Las responsabilidades de FICHTNER han comprendido: Estudio de Viabilidad, Proyecto Básico, Asistencia para Obtención de Permisos, Pliegos de Licitación, Evaluación de Ofertas, Comprobación de Diseños, Dirección de la Construcción, Supervisión de la Puesta en Servicio y Comprobación de Garantías. Nueve ingenieros especialistas de FICHTNER han participado en este proyecto, apoyando a TERSA en su compromiso de implementar las mejores tecnologías disponibles.
