El segundo óptico separa reciclables, CBA, más plásticos, cuya corriente se recircula al primer separador óptico de la fracción 3Dmayor de >200 mm del trómel. La fracción no separada se lleva a control de calidad mediante robot que separa papel y cartón hacia troje y polímeros al troje de plástico mix. Tras atravesar el puesto del robot, el flujo de residuos no clasificados se considera rechazo y es recogido por la cinta transportadora uniéndose al flujo de rechazo de la planta de clasificación mecánica hacia las prensas de rechazo. Fracción > 200 mm La fracción mayor de 200 mm (rebose de los trómeles) sigue un proceso parecido al de la fracción anterior (80-200 mm). Es recogida por unas cintas transportadoras que vierten este producto sobre el separador balístico.
