La instalación cuenta con un sistema completo instalado en el interior de un contenedor portátil, en el cual se encuentra la primera etapa y la segunda etapa y su sistema de tanques asociado. Descripción de las fases de proceso Bombeo de elevación El lixiviado a tratar es objeto de un bombeo desde el depósito de lixiviado hasta la unidad de tratamiento. Leachate treatment plant Leachate is treated by means of a two-stage reverse osmosis system installed in a 40-foot mobile container. The process is based on an open-channel module design and has a capacity of 130-150 m3/day. The complete system, including first and second stages as well as associated tanks, is installed inside the mobile container. Description of the stages of the process Lift station The leachate is pumped from the leachate tank to the treatment unit by means of a submersible centrifugal pump anchored by means of a float. Maze-type Coagulator – flocculator A maze-type coagulator/flocculator is installed for the addition of chemicals for physicochemical pretreatment. This unit saves space, due to its small footprint, and energy, due to the absence of mechanical mixers. This coagulator/flocculator is incorporated into the Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) unit. This unit breaks the laminar flow which forms within the pipe and converts it into a turbulent flow, which facilitates the mixing of the added chemicals. The facility is equipped with cubicontainers for reagents, and the tubes and dosing pumps needed to carry out the most appropriate physicochemical treatment.
