Regulator – Cetrisa suministra todos los equipos de separación de metales en el complejo medioambiental de reciclaje de Loeches (Madrid) Regulator – Cetrisa supplies all metal separation equipment for Loeches environmental recycling complex (Madrid) Regulator – Cetrisa, empresa líder en la fabricación de equipos para la separación y el reciclaje de metales, ha suministrado todos los equipos de separación de metales al Complejo Medioambiental de tratamiento integral de residuos de la Mancomunidad del Este en Loeches (Madrid), cuya explotación corre a cargo de la empresa ECOMSA, del grupo FCC. Se han suministrado diversos equipos Overband Electromagnéticos para la eliminación de material férrico y también separadores inductivos de gran excentricidad (120 mm) para la separación de elementos metálicos no ferrosos, junto con sus alimentadores vibrantes, para conseguir un reparto y una separación adecuados del material. Se ha abastecido la línea de envases ligeros (EELL) y residuo comercial con un Overband modelo R-SKM10.12, para trabajar transversalmente sobre una cinta de 1.200 mm de ancho, a 420 mm de distancia. Dicha cinta llega a un vibrante que alimenta un Separador Inductivo modelo R-SPM1200-E-ADS, de 1200 mm de ancho útil de trabajo y con una configuración magnética para trabajar con este material. La línea RESTO está subdividida en 3 fracciones según granulometrías (menor de 80mm, entre 80 y 200mm, y mayor de 200mm) y, en cada una de ellas, se ha colocado un tándem de Separador Overband y Separador de Inducción con las dimensiones y capacidades adecuadas a cada fracción: • Línea ø<80: Overband transversal R-SKM9.13 (longitud 1.300 mm y distancia 350 mm) y Separador Inductor R-SPM1050-E-ADS (ancho real de trabajo 1.050 mm) • Línea 80 < ø < 200: Overband transversal R-SKM10.12 (longitud 1.200 mm y distancia 420 mm) y Separador Inductor R-SPM1500-E-ADS (ancho real de trabajo 1.500 mm) • Línea ø >200: Overband transversal R-SKM12.13 (longitud 1.300 mm y distancia de trabajo 520 mm) y Separador Inductor R-SPM1500-EADS (ancho real de trabajo 1.500 mm) La línea FORM es capaz de separar los metales férricos mediante un pequeño Overband modelo R-SKM9.11 (longitud 1.100 mm y distancia de trabajo 350 mm). Finalmente, en la línea de voluminosos, se optó por la colocación longitudinal de un Overband en cabeza de la cinta de 1.200 mm. El modelo elegido es el R-SKM12.13, con un ancho magnético de 1.200 mm y capaz de trabajar a más de 500 mm, dejando así espacio suficiente para el paso de material de gran tamaño, pero sin perder la captación del metal férrico. The light packaging and commercial waste line was supplied with an R-SKM10.12 Overband Magnetic Separator, which operates transversally over a conveyor of 1200 mm in width at a distance of 420 mm. This conveyor takes the material to a vibrating feeder which feeds an R-SPM1200-E-ADS Eddy Current Separator with a working width of 1200 mm and a magnetic configuration designed for work with this type of material. The REST FRACTION line is subdivided into 3 fractions in accordance with grain size (less than 80 mm, between 80 and 200 mm, and larger than 200 mm). Each of the fractions is treated by means of a combination of Overband Separator and Eddy Current Separator of suitable sizes and capacities for the fraction in question: • Line ø<80: R-SKM9.13 transversal Overband Separator (length 1300 mm and working distance 350 mm) and R-SPM1050-EADS Eddy Current Separator (real working width of 1,050 mm) • Line 80 < ø < 200: R-SKM10.12 transversal Overband Separator (length 1200mmand working distance 420mm) and R-SPM1500E-ADS Eddy Current Separator (real working width of 1500mm) • Line ø >200: R-SKM12.13 transversal Overband Separator (length 1300 mm and working distance 520 mm) and R-SPM1500-E-ADS Eddy Current Separator (real working width of 1500 mm) Ferrous metals are separated in the OFMSW line by means of the smaller R-SKM9.11 Overband Separator (length 1100 mm and working distance of 350 mm). In the bulky waste line, it was decided to install a Overband Separator lengthwise at the head of the 1200 mm conveyor. The R-SKM12.13 model selected has a magnetic width of 1200 mm and can work at a distance of over 500 mm, which leaves sufficient space for the passage of large-sized material without compromising ferrous metal removal capacity.
