Para conseguir los objetivos marcados se ha desarrollado un Plan de Trabajo, consistente en: • Poner en marcha un sistema para la producción industrial de un nuevo coagulante de origen natural. • Validar industrialmente la eficiencia coagulante del nuevo producto en dos plantas de tratamiento de aguas residuales urbanas y dos plantas de tratamiento de aguas residuales industriales. • Maximizar las actividades de reciclaje y reutilización del lodo generado para su uso en agricultura: se evaluará la calidad agronómica del compost producido, se comprobará el efecto ecotoxicológico de la aplicación de este compost sobre el suelo con bioensayos normalizados y se cuantificará el efecto del nuevo coagulante en la producción de biogás en la digestión anaerobia de fangos. • Monitorización y evaluación del impacto técnico, económico y medioambiental, así como el impacto de las acciones de difusión del proyecto. • Plan de negocio y transferencia de la tecnología. ¿CUÁLES SON LOS RESULTADOS ESPERADOS? • Protección del medioambiente • Protección a las personas • Fomentar la economía circular • Eficiencia y rentabilidad • Potenciar el reciclaje y la reutilización HOW ARE WE GOING TO ACHIEVE THESE GOALS? AWorking Plan including the following actions has been developed to achieve the project objectives: • Implementation of a system for the production of a new coagulant of natural origin on an industrial scale. • Industrial validation of the coagulating efficiency of the new product at two urban wastewater treatment plants and two industrial wastewater treatment plants. • Maximisation of recycling and reuse of the sludge generated for use in agriculture. The agricultural quality of the compost produced will be evaluated, the ecotoxicological effects of the application of this compost will be tested by means of standardised bioassays and the effect of the new coagulant on the production of biogas in anaerobic sludge digestion will be quantified. • Monitoring and assessment of technical, economic and environmental impact, and the impact of project dissemination actions. • Development of a Business and Technology Transfer Plan.
