El rotor con diámetro aumentado presenta una mayor superficie de trituración y por lo tanto una mayor capacidad de tratamiento, el especial proyecto ergonómico garantiza una accesibilidad más sencilla y la consiguiente reducción de los tiempos de mantenimiento; la simplificación de la fijación de las rejillas también ayuda. The mechanical and structural characteristics of the extremely efficient X3080RF were adopted in order to create a machine that guarantees a processing capacity of up to 20 ton/h of pre-selected urban or industrial waste, and an output product of < 30mm. The rotor has a larger diameter, thereby giving it a bigger grinding surface and a correspondingly higher treatment capacity. The ergonomic design affords easier accessibility and a consequent reduction in maintenance time, helped also by streamlined grid fixing. The structural design with hermetically sealed rotor ensures that clogging is not an issue, while the compact size allows the unit to be deployed in the tightest working areas. The X3080RF is a new project that represents another important step in reaching all operators in the urban and industrial waste treatment sector.
