Conceptos como el Big Data, la Inteligencia Artificial, el Internet de las Cosas o la Realidad Aumentada, la telelectura de contadores, la conectividad en la nube para disponer de los datos para su uso en aplicaciones analíticas y servicios digitales, la conexión remota y segura de activos para realizar un fácil diagnóstico y mantenimiento de los equipos, reduciendo los costes por desplazamiento y las interrupciones de servicio. La gestión eficiente de las estaciones de bombeo, que permiten ahorrar un gran porcentaje del gasto total en energía en las plantas de tratamiento de agua. La gestión de la energía para una adecuada gestión de la producción, el consumo y el almacenamiento de la energía, que cobra cada vez más importancia en el sector del agua gracias a la capacidad de generación de energía en las plantas de tratamiento de agua. La digitalización del sector del agua, Agua4.0, Smart Water, Smart Agriculture conceptos clave en el futuro del sector de la gestión y tratamiento de agua que van adquiriendo cada vez más relevancia y que hemos incluido en todos los números de nuestro programa editorial para 2020, con el marcado objetivo de difundir todos los avances y tecnologías en este ámbito. Digitalisation of the water sector,Water 4.0, SmartWater and Smart Agriculture are key concepts with respect to the future of the water management and treatment sector. These concepts are becoming increasingly relevant and feature in all the issues that formpart of our editorial programme for 2020.
