Smart Waste FuturEnviro | Julio July 2019 www.futurenviro.es 69 Actualmente la planificación de la recogida de residuos que generan las empresas y otros organismos se basa en rutas predefinidas o en la comunicación entre la empresa que genera residuos y la empresa de gestión de residuos, ocasionando costes innecesarios e infrautilización de la maquinaria. En muchas ocasiones, se recogen los residuos compactados sin que la maquinaria llegue a su límite de llenado y además no suele existir un plan de mantenimiento determinado por el funcionamiento de la maquinaria. Por lo tanto, se hace necesario conocer en tiempo real el nivel de llenado de la maquinaria y todos los datos sobre su funcionamiento. Dispositivo de monitorización que, instalado dentro de los compactadores, se encarga de la recopilación de datos en tiempo real convirtiendo cada máquina en un elemento activo e inteligente. Cada sensor es capaz de medir de forma autónoma el nivel de llenado del compactador y su funcionamiento, avisando de encendido/ apagado, listo para trabajar, en caso de necesidad de aceite, motor encendido/apagado, falta de fluido hidráulico, exceso de temperatura, fallo general, fallo del pistón, requerimiento de mantenimiento y contador parcial /total de horas. Se compone de una tarjeta de procesamiento y adquisición de datos con un módem GSM / GPRS + GPS integrado y una antena GPS / GSM. Cada dispositivo es configurable de forma remota a través de la web habilitada para el cliente y accesible desde cualquier dispositivo. Los técnicos de R4 instalan directamente el dispositivo en las máquinas de compactación de residuos y el cliente recibe las credenciales para acceder a su sistema de gestión. Una vez registrado, el cliente tiene un sistema de monitoreo de su flota de máquinas por control remoto. El sistema de monitoreo se comunica a través de una tarjeta SIM y utiliza Internet para mantenerse en contacto y proporcionar datos actualizados en cualquier momento, en tiempo real. Solución El sistema R4 permite a la empresa de gestión de residuos tomar el control directo sobre su flota y optimizar las rutas de recolección al monitorear constantemente el nivel de contenido de los compactadores de residuos, en tiempo real y desde cualquier lugar. Al instalar sensores en la maquinaria, es posible recibir alertas para la recolección según el nivel de contenido del compactador y conocer en cualquier momento los diferentes ámbitos de funcionamiento de cada máquina; localización en tiempo real, horas de funcionamiento, funcionamiento del motor, alarma de fluido hidráulico, alarma por exceso de temperatura, fallo en el pistón, fracaso general o mantenimiento requerido, entre otros. The device features a data acquisition and processing card with an integrated GSM / GPRS + GPS modem and a GPS / GSM antenna. Each device can be remotely configured though the website authorised by the client, which is accessible from any device. R4 technicians install the device directly in waste compaction units and the client receives the necessary authorisations to access the management system. Once registered, the client has a remote monitoring system for the fleet of machines. The monitoring system communicates by means of a SIM card and uses internet to stay in contact and provide updated data in real time at any given moment. Solution The R4 system enables waste management companies to take direct control of their fleets and optimise collection routes by constantly monitoring the fill levels of waste compactors in real time and in any location.
