Este instrumento patentado por los ingenieros de STEMM, no requiere ningún mantenimiento y además se autodepura automáticamente, sin necesidad de ninguna intervención de operarios. Además la base de los depósitos STEMM está totalmente magnetizada para atraer y captar cualquier partícula metálica que pudiera existir o generarse. Asimismo, gracias al sistema de autofiltrado de los equipos de STEMM se consigue que el rendimiento del aceite sea superior a las 4.000 horas de funcionamiento. Bombas hidraúlicas de alta presión Todas las bombas que se instalan en los equipos de STEMM son de última generación, con cuerpo fundido, diseñadas para trabajar a presiones extremas (315 bars). Son muy silenciosas. Su nivel sonoro no llegan a los 60 decibelios, lo cual es imprescindible para cumplir normativas cada vez más exigentes en determinados entornos e instalaciones, tales como: plantas incineradoras, plantas de tratamiento de biomasa y todas las instalaciones relacionadas con el medio ambiente. Los equipos de STEMM están garantizados 3 años o 16.000 horas de trabajo en condiciones de uso normal. High pressure hydraulic pumps All the pumps installed in STEMMmachinery are state of the art, with die cast bodies designed to work in conditions of extreme pressure (315 bars). These pumps are very quiet, not reaching 60 decibels, which is an essential feature for compliance with increasingly stringent regulations for industrial facilities, such as: incineration plants, biomass treatment plants and all facilities related to the environment. STEMMmachinery comes with a guarantee of 3 years or 16,000 running hours in normal conditions. Variable speed, power regeneration and energy saving The speed of handling achieved thanks to the variable speed system in STEMM equipment is unmatched by any other system or method. The speed is adjusted automatically depending on density, humidity, granulometry and, more specifically, the degree of compactness of the product to be handled. This system is combined with the doubleventing (electric and hydraulic) system, providing surprising results as regards power regeneration. It achieves a 50% increase in work cycles and, therefore, a reduction in daily electricity costs. Omnidirectional working position STEMM grapples and clamshell grabs can work in any position, even horizontally, at 90º without creating any problems for the pump suction. The tanks are watertight and pressurised at 0.3 bar, which helps the pumps work and ensures the absence of no cavitation in any inclined position. Furthermore, as an additional safety measure, the machinery is supplied with builtin inclinometers in the electrical panel.
