Presente en el mercado desde hace varios años y con distintas marcas, en la cara de ciertas ventajas innegables, los multi-desgarradores han mostrado también algunos defectos que, lamentablemente, han influido fuertemente la difusión. El potencial de este tipo de máquina ha presionado Forrec a iniciar una reconfiguración seria y completa. La contribución clave de un departamento de investigación y desarrollo experto y dinámico como aquello de Forrec, ha llevado a la resolución de algunos problemas presentes en las máquinas de otros fabricantes y ahora se manifiesta en la serie FR. Gracias a algunas innovaciones importantes, actualmente en fase de patente, Forrec ha resuelto los principales problemas que restringen el uso de multi-desgarradores hasta ahora en el mercado y ha creado una máquina versátil, fiable y conveniente. Pero vemos en detalle las principales soluciones desarrolladas por Forrec y que, como hemos dicho, se encuentran pendientes de patente: Primera patente: el tamaño del material de salida se obtiene a través de una mesa de corte separada de la estructura de la máquina, una solución que tiene una doble ventaja: la velocidad y la simplicidad en el mantenimiento y la alta capacidad de adaptación a las necesidades de producción porque se puede reemplazar fácilmente la mesa de corte para obtener un tamaño diferente del material de salida. El objeto de la segunda patente es la estructura de las contra-cuchillas que están instaladas en ambos lados de la cuchilla, asegurando el desgaste uniforme y la duplicación de la vida de las cuchillas. Esta tecnología también tiene la ventaja de reducir la carga axial de los cojinetes. Forrec también a decidido de implementar en los multi-desgarradores FR algunas soluciones tecnológicas particulares que ya han tenido mucho éxito en trituradoras producidos por la Empresa. En detalle: - La caja de cojinete es fuerte y rígida. Siendo instalada en las bridas de la cámara de corte impide la deformación de los cojinetes. - Los cojinetes están diseñados con una cámara doble, así ponerlos lejos de la infiltración de residuos que puedan dañarlos. A step forward in technological evolution: multi-crusher FR Always attentive to the evolution of the market and sensitive to the real needs of customers, Forrec has designed a machine which concretely responds to the demand for more and more versatile instruments and able to adapt to the changes in the workflows and high production needs, but also aimed to multiple applications. Hence the definition of multi-crusher, machines made for the treatment of urban solid waste, bulky waste and industrial waste in bales and sacks, capable of operating in various areas such as: Before an incinerator, to operate the volume reduction; Before organic and non-organic selection; In case of need of a reduction of volume before baling; In landfill, to reduce the volume when separation and recovery of the fuel fraction is necessary. Present in the market for several years and with different brands, in the face of certain undeniable advantages, the multi-crushers have also shown some defects that, unfortunately, have strongly influenced the diffusion. The potential of this type of machine has pressed Forrec to initiate serious and complete reconfiguration. The key contribution of an expert and dynamic research and development department such as that of Forrec has led to the resolution of some problems present in the machines of other manufacturers and is nowmanifested in the FR series. Thanks to some major innovations, currently under patent, Forrec has solved the main problems that restrict the use of multicrushers so far in the market and has created a versatile, reliable and convenient machine. But we see in detail the main solutions developed by Forrec and, as we have said, are pending patent: First patent: the size of the output material is obtained through a cutting table separated from the structure of the machine, a solution that has a double advantage: speed and simplicity in maintenance and high adaptability to the Production requirements because the cutting table can be easily replaced to obtain a different size of the output material. The object of the second patent is the structure of the counterblades that are installed on both sides of the blade, ensuring uniform wear and duplication of blade life. This technology also has the advantage of reducing the axial load of the bearings. Forrec also decided to implement in the multi-crushers FR some particular technological solutions that have already been very successful in crushers produced by the Company. In detail: - The bearing housing is strong and rigid. Being installed in the flanges of the cutting chamber prevents the deformation of the bearings. - The bearings are designed with a double chamber, thus putting them away from infiltration of residues that could damage them.
