Liability insurance for potential damages is required. · · Dismantling and loading must be done with your own equipment · Surplex will monitor the progress of the work to ensure that deadlines are met. · · Participants in the auction may also be those intending to purchase the goods for subsequent scrapping. Dismantling and loading involve: · · 1. Complete removal of every component part of the lot as represented in the auction. · 2. Collection, proper management, and immediate removal of all ordinary, special, hazardous, solid, or liquid waste within the lot or its parts. Waste cannot be stored within the area. · 3. Removal of every object, part, component, accessory, belonging to the lot as represented. Building installations such as electrical lines, heating, compressed air, ventilation, etc., should not be removed. · 4. Decontamination of pits, holes, or channels, if present, including suction, management of residual liquids, and cleaning. · 5.
