The fair is divided into five thematic exhibitions: food and beverages, which is the stand of Catalonia Land of Meat, wines and spirits, restoration, shop equipment and franchise. Each exhibition has its own programme of events, culinary events, competitions and conferences.
Specialists of the food of the Poland sector and from abroad that meet are producers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers, operating in the sectors of dairy, meat products, refrigeration, alcohol and restoration.
