Sweepers of silos: to empty the remains of grain in the background
The Silos Petkus sweepers are used to empty the bottom of round silos grain remains. The sweepers of silos are available in modular sizes and can be used for different capacity needs.
Normally the grain in Silo flows through a mouth located in the central part of the silo to a conveyor which is located at the bottom of the Silo. The rest of the grain can be downloaded through the use of a rotary Snowplow. The sweeper is placed in the center of the silo on the discharge mouth, so grain remaining will be transported to hopper discharge by rotating the sweeper in the Silo.
It has the following equipment: - complete coverage of the upper part of the worm, galvanized steel, - possibility of delivery on painted steel - Motor reducer electric direct drive, - direct host-, veneer - transmission unit eccentric outside the worm with wear-resistant rubber wheel
