Petkus K 320
Seed grinders: for the preparation of the seed after harvest
The desbarbadores Petkus model K 320 are necessary for the preparation of the seed after harvest to improve the flow and the effect of separation of the following processes. The desbarbadores Petkus characterized by careful management of the product and the high resistance to abrasion of the operational components.
Petkus reamer consists of a stable steel cover and a rotary mixer shaft with blade mixers made of durable material. The result of the process depends on the type and characteristics of seed varieties, and they can be regulated by two-speed of rotation of the shaft and the degree of opening or closing of the spatula set at the entrance of discharge. Mixer shaft is driven by an electric motor. All records of inspection equipped with limit switches, which automatically stop the grinders when records are opened.
The product to be processed enters the reamer through the intake tube. Shaft mixer mixers-spiked, driven by the motor through V-belts, remove beards, husks and shells of the product. The processed product leaves the reamer through an adjustable regulation spatula. The grinders can be checked and cleaned through the inspection log.
Where the deburring process is not required, the product can be steered directly to the discharge by the shaft stop.
