Recolectora Of beetroot: it prepares the terrain for the laboreo back
The euroTiger of Clothes, commercialised by Pita, S.L., it is a machine recolectora of beetroot multifunción, that guarantees a high performance so much in long terrains like average. The machine offers besides a big capacity in zones with a high level of production of beetroots. The euroTiger is the base for a laboreo of the minimum floor after the recolección of the beetroot.
His main elements are:
- pelador: the leaf of the beetroot hammers with the axis succionador and is guided by the sinfín to the dish esparcidor. The height of the pelador is regulable. The leaf hammered scatter afterwards by means of the dish, for the back laboreo of the terrain.
- descoronadores With parallel guide: the blade descoronadora realises the cut of the head. An automatic device of cutting commissions of a descoronado exact, adjusting if it treats of high beetroots and strongly peeled, or buried and hardly peeled.
- arrancador: With the automatic control of the depth of the grilles arrancadoras, adjusted to the depth of work. They are available arrancadores PV5 with a fixed distance between the grooves of 45 or 50 cm. Or VPV with a variable distance of 45/50 cm.

- Hopper: with a volume of load of more than 40 m3. The filling realises directly to the height of the second axis. With the sinfín of the hopper, whose height regulates hidráulicamente from the cabin, transports the beetroot to backwards, where are the available axles to distribute of uniform way. The casting of the hopper realises by means of the strip of download, of 220 cm of height, in very little time (estimate some 70 s to download 40 m3 of beetroots).
The cabin of the euroTiger ensures an excellent visibility and offers a total comfort to the operator. The assents is with pneumatics suspension, the column of steering is regulable, has of system of heating/ventilation and option to air conditioned. The console of control is very easy to handle, with graphic screen.
It has of several ways of steering, controlled electronically according to the manoeuvres to realise: to drive in road activates the steering articulated and the one of the leading axis. In the work, can choose between 3 variants of steering; for the start can drive in the level 0, I or II. The first uses also to cross starting, without articulation, whereas with the course II ensures an apisonamiento of 4,40 m of width.
