New Holland Autopilot
Guidance systems: with an accuracy of 2.5 cm from planting to harvest
The Autopilot system, used in conjunction with a signal RTK, provides an accuracy of 2.5 cm from planting to harvest with any pattern automatic guided. The Autopilot system can be integrated into virtually all models and brands of tractors and harvesting equipment.
Using electro-hydraulic equipment circuit for auto-guided, this system will significantly increase its efficiency during soil preparation, sowing and harvest, providing a more accurate driving, even during the long hours of work.
The guidance of the implement and the RTK technology improve the precision and performance.
Thanks to a DGPS antenna installed in the tool, only available with FM-1000, TrueGuide and TrueTracker, systems manage to keep the implement in their work in areas with steep slopes. The installable upgrade kits are compatible with the implements of the majority of the market makers.
TrueGuide: Passive Control of the bit.
The TrueGuide system of guided liabilities of the bit with the Autopilot system installed in the tractor improve the precision of the bit. This system automatically shifts the trajectory of our tractor so that the implement passes through the desired path. Ideal for dragged heavy tools working on slopes.
TrueTracker: Active Control of the bit.
TrueTracker system is an auxiliary system of self-guided installed in the attachment that works with the Autopilot system of tractor to provide the highest level of precision. TrueTracker system runs independently the bit passes even in outstanding land and very pronounced injured, using the apéro also T3 ground compensation technology.
Compatible displays: the Autopilot system can be supplemented by displays EZ-Guide 500, FM-750 or FM-1000, offering a precision of +/-2.5 cm when working RTK.
The Autopilot system is constituted by: Navigation Controller II:-using the T3 ground compensation technology, the Nav Controller II takes the information about the position of the GPS receiver and send precise address instructions to the vehicle.
T3 ground compensation technology:-corrects the errors out of line created by the angle of swing, pitching and rolling of the vehicle.
Address Autosense sensor:-this exclusive address sensor measures with great accuracy the information about the turning angle of the wheels sends it to the Nav Controller II for a faster and more accurate correction.
Vehicle interface:-receives commands of conduction of the Nav Controller II, which controls the direction of the vehicle when the system is activated.
EZ:-the joystick EZ-Remote can be mounted on any tractor cabin to control more precisely all the main functions of a comfortable, ergonomic and simple way. It improves all operations, from the basic guidance to more complex operations.
RTK Base Station:-a station RTK base includes an antenna, receiver and a link radio GPS + GLONASS to provide accurate signals and high quality to the Autopilot antenna system:-the antenna receives GPS signals in the tractor or implement and they will be used to steer the vehicle by the desired path. It is easily interchangeable between different models of tractor.
