GPS guidance systems: they use built-in rotation angle sensors

IntelliSteer is a guidance system by fully integrated GPS in the vehicle that has been designed and developed by the engineers of New Holland. It can be installed in factory or subsequently at the dealerships, IntelliSteer system helps achieve maximum productivity and a higher yield of crops.

IntelliSteer can be used with all levels of precision, from Egnos to RTK, using this system ensures an accuracy of just 2.5 cm (use of RTK correction signal) between passes. The IntelliSteer system is ideal for precision work in the most demanding conditions and has been designed to improve the performance and comfort of the operator.

New Holland IntelliSteer systems use integrated the rotation angle sensors, to transmit information to the Nav Controller II on the turning angle of the wheels. There is also a control valve integrated into the hydraulic system which converts the signals from the Nav Controller II in hydraulic movements capable of automatically triggering the steering system.

An additional advantage when using the IntelliSteer system, is the use of RTK corrections, this ensures a great absolute accuracy, something increasingly important with the recent introduction of precision agriculture systems.

T3 ground compensation technology:-corrects the errors out of line created by the angle of swing, pitching and rolling of the vehicle.

IntelliSteer GPS-guided system consists of:-Monitor Intelliview III and IV: IntelliView III and IV monitor is touch screen color that allows us to program and customize all menus system IntelliStee in addition to control all the functions of the tractor and tools, provided these are Isobus.

-Intellisteer: as simple as a button is activated. The lever CommandGrip incorporates a simple button activation of the IntelliSteer system in T7, T8 and T9 tractors.

-Navigation Controller II: using the T3 ground compensation technology, the Nav Controller II takes the information about the position of the DGPS receiver and sends precise address instructions to the vehicle.

-Built-in direction sensor of New Holland: this exclusive address sensor measures with great accuracy the information about the turning angle of the wheels sends it to the Nav Controller II for a faster and more accurate correction.

-Interface with the vehicle New Holland: receives commands of conduction of the Nav Controller II, which controls the direction of the vehicle when the IntelliSteer system is activated.

-Receiver NH 262 and 372: antenna receiver New Holland NH-262 receives GPS signals that will be used to steer the vehicle by the desired path. It is easily interchangeable between tractors and combine harvesters New Holland. To work with RTK, it is necessary to install a radio together with the NH262. The new antenna 372 can also capture Glonass signals.

-RTK base station: a station RTK base includes an antenna, receiver and a link radio GPS + GLONASS to provide accurate signals and high-quality New Holland's IntelliSteer system.
