Electronic team for control of fixed scales: to weigh vehicles of load
The cabinet of control UCC 2 of (0,40 m wide x 0,40 m high x 0,20 m bottom) contains the electronics equipment dealers equipment dealers of conditioning of the scale: the regleta for the connection of the cells of load, the feeding in 5VDC to the same, the circuit for load of the battery incorporated of 12 Vcc / 1.2 Ah, the card of analog conditioning and digital conversion that contains also the exit for communication RS 232 / RS 485 with the computer, the electronic circuit of conditioning for the bow inductivo separador of vehicles with the relay of exit of the bow, and the circuit of protection against the ray. This cabinet of control will have to install to no more than 30 m of distance of the platform of weighing.
From this cabinet will establish the connection with the computer that will issue the results of the heavy, with the information and the format that have defined according to the application to which correspond. The connection with the computer effected of preference by means of a pipe or buried, in whose case it will be necessary to have the channelling and registers that result necessary, in function of the distance between the cabinet of field and the computer. This distance can be of until 2.000 metres, without problems of communication.
The cableado between the cabinet of field and the computer consists in:
Wire of feeding to 220 V 50 Hz, two pairs of threads.
Wire of signal RS 485, a braided pair.
Wire of exit of relay of bow, a pair of threads.
So much the cabinet of control like the frame of the scale will be connected to a good physical earth.
