Crusher with rotor of fixed teeth: for tractor between 180 and 350 CV
The machine UMH/S of FAE is a machine operator, projected and built exclusively for the trituración in the floor and under earth of vegetal rests, wooden, bushes and thickets in forestry terrains and agrícolos.
To way of example, the machine is useful stops:
the trituración of rests of plants and of branches in the forestry field after the desembosque;
the trituración of rests of poda;
the trituración of usable organic wastes like biomass.
The trituración under earth of tocones and roots.
The standard team of UMH/S includes cardán with limitador of pair, box of transmission with free steering wheel, trampilla rear, skate adjustable special for work inside surface, hydraulics cylinder third point, connection of cardán with variable height, possibility to instrument rotor with teeth type “To” or type “B”.
Between the options of UMH/S exist: frame of push, frame of push hydraulics, skate special for work inside the floor, teeth to drag for trampilla hydraulics. As also the possibility to apply to the machine a tumbador of branches.
For a correct employment of the machine advise the courses superlentas and the place of the driver invested.
One of the caracteristicas main of UMH/S is the helicoidal position of the hammers of type To on the rotor; these hammers (or teeth) allow that the vegetal rests are cut subtly.
This position of the teeth comports that the use of petrol or carburantes, as also the necessary effort, result inferior compared to other methods.
The parts of the machine in steel of HARDOX ensure better resistance and ease of manutención.
