Applicators of liquid postgranulacion: requires less maintenance
GI-ALPG liquid application system, consisting of: the scale in continuous BCG30T, D26/03/201326/03/2013isc Coater DCG30T and mixer in continuous GB500. This system is more hygienic, reliable and requires less maintenance.
Simple and effective design: thanks to the removal of the lower support of the disks to reduce points of impact.
Reduced maintenance: double reducer system, fixing systems and bearings are external cavity injection, thus avoiding to get product residue on the inside of the machine.
Hygienic design: the surfaces that are in contact with the product are low roughness stainless steel cold-rolled. The inner cavity of the Disc Coater is polished and finished in BA with roughness < 0.8 micron. It also incorporates wall scrapers to avoid the accumulation of fine.
Minor loss of product: to reduce points of impact and adapt the speed of the disks to each product, favours the penetration of viscous materials in the I granule and reduces the loss of product.
Higher end quality: is achieved thanks to the ribbon combined with a tubular design and a slow speed, manages to avoid damaging the grain or pellet. In addition comprehensive shirt for hot water, prevents peaks on elevated temperature due to steam, preventing the deterioration of the product thanks to precise control of the temperature.
Addiction of liquids with solids in suspension: the DCG30T does not need pressure injectors, and allows the passage of solids up to 5 mm. A design of the line of dosage according to this type of liquid (mass flow meters, positive displacement pumps for passage of solids or elastomeric closure valves) is required in these cases.
