The consortium of the Spanish Serrano ham is a voluntary association of companies which, since 1990, brings together the most important companies of the Spanish meat sector, all of them leaders in the production and export of Serrano ham, with the aim of producing a unique ham and high quality for marketing in foreign markets.
Today, after more than 20 years dedicated to the international promotion and quality control of the ConsorcioSerrano ham, are still the only Spanish Association that guarantees a unique and high quality backed by an exclusive quality seal and control Serrano ham piece by piece.
