Platform of work: for carretilla elevadora and apilador
The platform for carretilla elevadora (FG4260) and for apilador (FG4265) is a complement ideal for those companies that of a comfortable and economic way require to do works in height of punctual way.
It supplies with anchorages for fixation of 2 arneses of hygiene and of a perno of hygiene in his rear part to avoid the accidental slide to forward of the platform.
It covers it upper with cylinder hygiene, softens the opening manoeuvres and closing of covers it upper. The walls perimetrales are of of mesh.
The model FG4262 comes with 4 wheels (175 mm), 2 fixed and 2 mobiles. The capacity of load is of 240 kg (maximum 2 people). The base is recubierta with rubber antideslizante. In the extremes of the same there is a slat of aluminium to fix the rubber to the floor and avoid that it raise or move . The door carries a device of automatic closing and blockade of the door and a compartment of plastic to deposit tools while the operario is using the platform.
It is very important to take into account the dimensions of the forks of the carretilla, maximum width and distance between forks to be able to mount in good conditions the platform in the carretilla.
The use of the platforms of work for carretilla elevadora is regulated by the technical note NTP 715 of the National Institute of hygiene and Hygiene in the Work and by the European directive 95/63/CE. According to the European directive 98/37/CE, the platforms of work are not considered machines when depending on another element (carretilla elevadora) to exert his function. Therefore, this product does not need marked CE.
They supply in different colours (Ral7000, Ral2004, Ral6011, Ral5010, Ral5015) and steel galvanised.
